Artist's Comments [link]Go read and love! Cardboard Angel is a great comic about a girl who is a fan of a guitarist in a band. When he dies in a car crash, he chooses her to help him take care of unfinished business, and helps her with her own problems at the same time. I love the relationship between them! I recommend this webcomic! *thumbs up* This is for the first anniversary of the comic, for which she is throwing a contest. The entries are due today, so I banged this out pretty quick. My eyes are bleeding, but it's so worth it. I learned so much about lining, proportions, and color in this piece. The theme of the contest was "Summer"  Walking on the beach in summer clothes with ice cream, music, and a ghost! Yeah!The characters are Mayuko and Yuugi, which are both the creations of and property of Robin Edwards and Strawberry Comics. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
