Phew. Not perfect, but doable. And done in the barest sense of the word. I could have done alot more with this, and maybe one day I will, but that is not today, my friend.

*sigh*

As soon as I sat down with the intention of drawing a sketch for Reflection, this is what popped into my head.

And it took me 45 minutes to get it on paper. Which is alot for me. Having to draw, not two figures, but four, and have two of them look like a reflection of the other two?

Wow, it was quite a project.

I hope you guys like this! I really like the idea behind it. Basically the reflection is a 'reflection' of a fantasy, but the question is, who does the fantasy belong to?

I'd like to think that both of them want it, because that makes the situation all the more ironic.

I love drawing kissing Tokka.

I'll upload a scrap of the kissing drawing right side up and with proper colors eventually.

There are little details about the characters that make me happy. 8D
Like the fact that Toph has one foot out of the water so that she can see, and that Sokka is twiddling his fingers as if they want to do what they're doing in the fantasy. :giggle:

Yeah, I don't know how you do it! Two amazing pics in one day on top of everything else you're doing (as mentioned in your journal).

Hats off to you! :salute: I am truly impressed.

I can appreciate the difficulty of this piece and say that you really pulled it off. I can tell that they're both thinking of the fantasy reflection and in a perfect Tokka world, they're both about to make the move that'll turn the reflection to reality.

The little details are excellent. Toph's foot, Sokka's twiddling. Very in character. And I love in the 'fantasy' that Yue is there with her approval. Sokka and Toph's relationship is one best left to the moonlight, after all.

Thank you! I don't know how I did it either. I still need to look over Statistics, but I think I'd rather go to bed now and do that early in the morning. But I got the Tokka pictures done, so ha! :lol:

Thank you! I think the reflection Tokka ended up a bit... bigger? Compared to the real Toph/Sokka, but not enough that it's too obvious.

Yeah, in a perfect Tokka world. :XD:

Thank you! :D Yeah, the angle was perfect for the moon to end up right behind their heads in the reflection so the image would be more interesting, and to draw your eye down to the reflection.
