Because I can. Do I need another reason?

Also, did I stay focused and work on this for roughly six hour straight until almost midnight?

Of course not.

Story time: When I got home from work at six, the bird cage was upside down and the bird was missing in an apartment containing three almost-adult cats. No fear, though, the bird was chirping from somewhere inside the laundry room, possibly on top of the vacuum. This is one bad-ass bird, everybody.

And then I worked on a cage made of hot glue and Popsicle sticks. Not because the other cage is broken, though.

Again, just because I could.

This things like, almost three feet tall. It has a removable wooden seed tray and sits nested in a McDonald's tray for easy clean up. It contains three ladders, two or three perches, and has two levels. The hing and clasp on the door are made of hemp cord and a sunflower bead.

Pretty badass for popsicle sticks, I think.

Oh, the bird is Rin. He's the only one. Don't worry, he likes it that way. (He celebrated the death of my other bird. I'm not even kidding.)
