The character is Kyana - part of the Unicorns of the Vale.
"I see her as a younger child of Dagg and Ryhenna, her odd color the result of the mixing of Unicorn and Daya bloods.
Kyana loves water. She is a tiny bit of a magicker, being able to sing in the rain, but is not much of a dreamer. She is built like a dancer, light and lithe. She enjoys singing and is average at it. Kyana committed herself to learning the Healer's craft, but between aging Teki and his several acolytes, the Unicorns of the Hallow Hills need not another, and so she is considering departing to roam the Plains and bring her healing craft to the Free People."

Wow this is gorgeous - I have always loved the elegance of your equines/unicorns. I was looking at her horn and FINALLY I realized what Meredith Ann Pierce must have meant by 'sharpening one's horn between one's hooves'. I don't think I've ever seen anyone illustrate what the horn would look like after doing that. Very cool to see it--I know it's such a small detail but it's cool
