Name means Golden-Red Daughter. I was surprised to find that Rutilis meant both golden and red, so it fit.

Her eyes change colors depending on her mood. They can be anywhere inbetween the three shown. She got that from her granddam, Gypsy Muse, whose blue eyes change in darkness and intensity.

I read up on the Black Widow, and found this site psyche.entclub.org/31/31-162.h…, which gave me a good insight into the motherly nature of the Black Widow.
